Stephen Alton and his wife, Judy, are early Texas art enthusiasts.  They live in Fort Worth, Texas, where Stephen is a law professor at Texas A&M University Law School and Judy is a retired attorney.  Stephen is a past chair of the board of CASETA.  The primary focus of the Altons’ art collection is works on paper that were produced by Texas artists before 1970.
